If you're new to hot air ballooning, you'll be amazed at how comfortable you will feel on board our aircaft, floating along with the gentle winds while the earth below slips silently by. Unlike large balloon ride companies who jamb 10 or more people at a time into a basket, we offer more comfortable and personalized service for passenger groups of just 2–4 persons. Of significance to you is the fact that we are the area's only Full-Time balloon ride company. Our Arizona flying season begins in November and ends in May - we fly in cooler climates during the hot summer months. Unlike many balloonists who fly part-time secondary to their regular job, ballooning is all we do - this is our full time occupation. We put 100% of our time and energy into providing you with the most enjoyable, comfortable and safe a flight as possible! Hot air ballooning is a weather dependant activity and we will not fly when conditions are unfavorable for a safe flight. We refuse to put our passengers, our equipment or ourselves at risk - we'd rather dissapoint you than hurt you! When conditions are favorable, we'll be flying above the beautiful Colorado River Valley in Parker, AZ - about 30 minutes south of Lake Havasu City. There are many reasons why we choose not to fly in Havasu itself. First and foremost is that conditions here are such that they severely limit our flight time aloft to 20 minutes or less. Our goal is to deliver a full value experience and we do not consider an anticipated flight time of 20 minutes to meet that goal. While extreme or unexpected conditions can and sometimes do negatively impact our time aloft, this is usually the exception and not the rule in Parker where most flights last about an hour.
We fly twice a day - Sunrise and Sunset. Our Sunrise flights meet approximately 30 minutes before sunrise and our Sunset flights about two hours before sunset. Plan to spend about 3 hours for the entire experience. Shared sunrise flights conclude with a delicious complimentary picnic and require an additional 30 minutes or so before we get you back to your vehicle.
At the conclusion of every flight you'll savor your incredible experience with a glass of champagne. Before departing, you'll receive a personalized hot air balloon ride first flight certificate (suitable for framing), and a souvenir balloon cup as a memento of your once in a lifetime balloon flight.
